The Driver will contact you before delivery

We may need you to sign for your parcel. If no one will be home, you can make changes to your delivery.
  • Authorise us to leave your parcel without a signature
  • Deliver to a neighbour or to an alternative address
  • Deliver directly to your local Parcel Connect collection point

If we don't need a signature, we will leave your parcel in a safe place at your delivery address.
