Real good quality rugs fast

"Real good quality rugs fast delivery was on time but was asked for further transportation fees on top of there standard postage fee $39 odd $ . commit to buy and paid and asked for a extra postage fee of $79 sent emails because they don’t have a contact ph number to say I wasn’t happy about it thinking I might get a less cost post after I could see it was already been posted and on its way and thought I’d do the right thing and paid the extra fee with no reply still to this day . I might add that they did say they would cover 30% of any extra cost because I was un aware of these extra charges and keep in mind all up I’ve paid $39 plus the $79 extra for post now . And no still no reply or any 30% off and anything. NOT HAPPY"
