Colour was more beige!

"We were disappointed with colour of the runner and rug as we thought there would be more white but the ‘white’ areas were more beige coloured. Returned for a refund minus the shipping and restocking fee. Really not sure how the refund was calculated. Had to actually phone two weeks after sending them both back to ask where the refund was! Not overly happy with the experience."
