Fixed now, but bad experience

"We received our rug on time which was really exciting in time for my daughter’s birthday party however upon delivery it was damp and damaged and caused a week of allergy symptoms in our house. The customer service was good and a new one was dispatched. We received it about a week later in good condition and much more appropriate packaging given the rainy weather."
