"Smooth delivery and excellent service from Sarah. I love the quality of the rug, but was disappointed in the colour differences between your photo, as shown above, and the actual rug in reality. It does not have the cream and gold muted sort of pale colours at all. Rather more grey and heavily black patterned. It certainly won’t show crumbs under the kitchen table. It might be a good idea for your business to replace the current photo with a true to life one. I realise that shades of colour can vary according to batches, but this rug looks like a completely different rug."
