SHIPPING AND COVID-19

  • All existing and future orders will continue to be processed as per usual, currently delivering Australia wide.
  • Please use a residential address as delivery to business addresses may not be completed.
  • To ensure the safety of our customers, delivery of your orders will be contactless with no signature needed.
  • If appropriate, orders will be left in a safe place by the driver.

We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers Currently

DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS 

Calling ahead available with our Driver in local area. However, emails are sent as your item is scanned into a main depot. Emails are usually sent as your item is scanned but sometimes emails can take half an hour to two hours to formulate. Your consignment number & tracking link also allows you to stay up to date with your tracking progress. 

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

No, we currently only ship within Australia.
